Shutter Speed Final

Shutter Speed is how long the shutter in a camera stays open to let light in. The Shutter Speed effects the photo by either freezing or blurring a moving object.

If I was a teacher, the homework assignment I would give my students would be go out and take 5 photos for both blur and freeze. The day after its due we would critique them.
